We were happy to get our faucet fixed so fast. Jim H 304 was informative with each step of the job and was happy to also fix additional faucet in ... the sink since he was here. If we have any other work needed we would request him.

Technician was very thorough and friendly. Took him a long time to rectify problem but then told me what to do about lateral sewer problem. My only issue ... is the fact that I had a technician here in May with a similar problem while main drain was still under guarantee. Apparently he didn’t correct the problem and yesterday’s service call was needed. Although I was charged a reduced rate (no longer under guarantee from Mov 2018) I feel if problem was fixed correctly in May this call would not have been necessary. I’ve used Roto-Rooter for years and will probably continue to do so. Again Friday’s technician was very good and thorough

On a Friday evening, in the basement our sewer drain backed up. Not knownig what to do my son called Roto-Rooter...The person who answered was very personable and sounded ... concern. I then took over the phone and told her what had happened. She said that she would get a technician over within 30 minutes...Sure enough Steven Brough showed up and told us within minutes after snaking the soil stack that within 30 feet we had a bad blockage...Steven worked several minutes before breaking the clog threw...I was so grateful...Thank you so much for assisting our needs in a time of panic...Especially on the beginning of a Fathers day weekend.. I did fill out a great report for Eric earlier but wanted you to due to my financial situation I could not afford to get everything ... done but he was understanding and kind. Very efficient and courteous

Young man by the name of Charles (5498) was positively awesome. He worked very hard to solve the problem with the bath tub not draining but he tries and tried ... and was extremely helpful but he told me that he wanted someone else to come out and see if they could get the tub to drain. I appreciated his hard work and honesty. You you should be sooo grateful to have a hard working man like Charles working for you. Service men are coming back out tomorrow. 🙏they will be able to repair the problem! 🙏🙏🙏 still praying here in St. Ann for the bathtub to drain.
