We really had a strange problem. A retirement trailer park that use to be a campground. The Roto-Rooter team really had a challenge figuring out this web of sewage plumbing ... but they stuck with it and solved all our problems! What an effort but they had the tools and drive to map our particular connection to the main channels, (and several other trailers too) and cleared the problem. Very impressive. This was no easy task but the collective team of Adrian, Josh, Keli and Dawn used their expertise to leave us a bunch of happy flushers!! Thanks to all!!!

Our problem arose first thing in the morning. We had to leave for a doctor's appointment by 11 a.m. When I called you, I really didn't think you ... could help us immediately. However, you came through. I explained about the appointment and the lady speaking to me understood and said that she would get someone out to us before we had to leave. True to her word, two very professional, courteous and helpful fellows came out and handled the situation. They took the time to give us hints as to how to avoid the same thing happening in the future and we were very happy with them and their service. I might add that we made our appointment on time because of the concern of everyone involved. Thank you all!

Outstanding is what comes to my mind. All 3 people were GREAT. Mike who was the 1st to the house cleared the clog. Sam came the next day put the ... camera in the main drain pipe. Seen where the problem was. Then had Ted come and remove the scales of about 50 yrs out of the pipe. Very professional and Great guys to talk to. They know what there doing and care about doing it right to the customers satisfaction.
