Google search for Roto-Rooter and found the franchise in Stow. Called and requested service for a plugged floor drain in our basement. The attendant scheduled service almost immediately ... which was a great relief. Service technician reported to our house and did an efficient and professional job in opening up the drain. Also gave us some very good information on drain maintenance. Overall, I was very pleased with the results and the great customer service....thanks!

Adam did a great job of figuring out how to install the water line for our new refrigerator with a difficult set-up. He made sure that we were aware of ... everything that was going to happen and how it would look prior to starting any work. He got everything done so that no lines showed or interfered with anything. He also cleaned-up when he was done. We were extremely happy with the work that Adam/Roto-Rooter did for us.

Service was easy to schedule and the plumber was knowledgeable and efficient. Easiest plumbing experience I've had.

Dan did a great job of explaining to me the problems I had and his proposed solutions to those problems. He not only explained the issues but he also ... physically showed me the issues. Once he started the work he kept me up to speed on his progress. All and all a job well done.

I was surprised at how reasonable the service fee was and would use Roto-Rooter again in the future.

i was building deck and needed a gas line relocated and had 3 guys working so i needed it done right away so i called roto-rooter and had guy available ... so they sent him out to make a long story short he fixed the line and workmen workmen were able to continue to work
