He arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant to deal with, got the problem resolved, and thoroughly double-checked his work to ensure we’d have no further issues. I’ve used them previously (had excellent service then as well) and would use their service again without hesitation!

We had a plumbing emergency at our home early Friday morning. We had a different plumbing company at our home for 2 days and I felt they made our situation ... worse. So I called Roto-Rooter and Michael Harris came over very quickly that morning. We talked about the situation and he recommended the best solution and by 2:00pm that day all issues were fixed and we had both our upstairs showers working properly for the first time in over a year. Michael was excellent and it was a pleasure working with everyone I spoke with at Roto-Rooter. I will be using them for any services they offer in the future!

We called Roto-Rooter to clear a backup on our main line. The Service Technician, Reggie Taylor (5212), did a great job in resolving the issue. He also took ... the time to explain the problem and our options for correcting them. Lastly, unlike some other companies, he cleaned up the mess caused by the backup. I would highly recommend him for future problems.
