Amazing job by technician working on replacing my water heater.

As it was promised the rotor router dispatcher called me when the team was on the way to my house. Then MJ, a technician called me and let me ... know what is wrong and how this can be fixed and promise to call me when everything is done. Exceed my expectations, everything was done on a timely manner.

Yesterday (4/3/19) when I flushed the toilet it overflowed and water was everywhere. I then went to take a shower and dirty water had backed up into the tub ... and was not draining,also when I went to put in a load of laundry the pipes exploded with water gushing out. Roto-Rooter came right to mind and I called. I was told a service man would be out within 2 hours. Carl (2484) was our service man. Carl was efficient, kind, hardworking (he went to one job to the next with a smile and kind word) I can't express how grateful we are. Thank you for the excellent service, and for Carl.

They also suggested changing a ... few things to make sure the problem doesn’t happen again. They also worked with my insurance for the cleanup.
