Being a first time home owner ... it was nice to have such knowledgeable experience. I completely understood what needed to be done before agreeing. Making appointment online is useless. No reaction from office. Followed mine up next day per phone (Sunday). Did not hear from office Monday morning and called again around 10AM. Was ... told they were working on the schedule and earliest appointment would be Tuesday 12-2PM. Crew showed up Tuesday 3:15PM. The only reason I am giving a full 5 stars is because of the quality of work of tech #128 who fully explained the problem and offered advice along the way. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Along the way he made improvements to the setup and workings of the newly installed sewage pump system.

The plumber that came out (T Fox 152) was very nice and efficient. He got the job finished in a short amount of time.

My mother (I am Deborah W. Ginn) is 94 years old and your technicians could not have been more helpful. Travis Fox was an exceptional young man. He ... and the fellows that worked with him. If I need any plumbing services I would call and ask for him and his crew. They were all very helpful. the little skinny one that had to crawl in the low space, was so good. Can't say enough about the crew that came to my mom's. Thanks many times over. If was done in a very quick and timely time. Very professional and quick service.

First off the Roto-Rooter employee that came. Which his name was Justin McDade he was very polite. We had family down and our master bedroom tub had stopped up. When ... he came he introduce himself to not just me but to my family that was her.My 83r mother was here and he was very sweet to her complimenting her hair and she really loved that he asked where the bathroom was we showed him he went in and got the job done and ask if there's anything else we needed we told him thank you and he said call again that he would be glad to come back out if he needed to. And we just wanted to say thank you to Roto-rooter and the great service that their outstanding employee Justin McDade gave we will be calling back.

A month ago, I faced the dilemma of waste backup in my bathroom sinks, commodes, and bathtub. I had never dealt with a problem to this extent. After several hours ... of home efforts, to no avail, I began to search online. I was hoping to find help who would come out on the weekend, and most of all, not make me mortgage my home to pay him. I searched. Roto-Rooter worked on Saturdays. I called, and I was genuinely welcomed. The day of the week did not matter. Soon afterward, the Workman arrived. He showed his name plate, put covers on his shoes, and began to work. In less than two hours, the job was complete. It was difficult to convince him that I would clean up afterward. He helped me, and he removed the dirty cloths and odorous buckets of water. Roto-Rooter was to bill me later. Before the workman left, he gave me several tips for preventing water problems. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The job ... was not easy, but he persisted until it was complete. Your service man even tried to clean his work areas. I will most definitely use your services again and will recommend you to my friends.
