Curtis was AMAZING from the time he walked in the door to the end!!! I was impressed with his knowledge, advice and patience with all my questions and watching over ... him!!! I would highly recommend and use Roto Router again if I ever need to! I liked the fact that there wasn’t a charge just to walk in the door! Yes time is valuable but not everyone can afford that plus the charge for the service! Curtia never rushes the process and i feel covered all basis!!am so happy with my results!!! I won’t trust anyone else if I have future plumbing needs!

My toilet was leaking. The guys were polite and replaced a seal. That night it continued to have a small leak. Another plumber was sent on a Sunday and ... found the problem. I am grateful they responded quickly on both occasions and eventually diagnosed and repaired the problem.
