The technician arrived at the beginning of the appointment range of time. He quickly assessed what the work required, went and got the needed parts, and performed the work quickly ... in a friendly and very professional manner.

Ramon was just great! He understood my problem and took care of it. We also discussed future needs that I have concerning plumbing in my upstairs bathroom. ... By the way, I have just set up this new request for next week, (With Ramon of course!!).

A large lipstick shaped hard item fell in my toilet and clogged it. John D., #5796 service technician, came to remove it. He told me up front that if ... the usual things he does to unclog a toilet didn't work, he would have to remove the toilet, and basically turn it upside down to get at the item. But that usually doesn't happen, he said. Well it did. He tried everything he had that would normally do the trick. Nothing worked. Let's just say when he removed the toilet he ran into unusual problems. He did get at the item that clogged the toilet. At one point he went to the store to get something he needed OR more precisely, something the toilet needed. He worked on the toilet for about 3 hours. He was determined. He removed the clog and dealt with the other problems, and before leaving, cleaned the bathroom floor. It was cleaner when he left than it had been. He was terrific, smart, conscientious, focused, determined and so very pleasant. I actually enjoyed having him. He represents Roto-Rooter in the best possible way!!!

Sunday bad weather toilet was blocked and Ron #5592 came on time and fixed to in no time thought he was going to have to take of toilet but ... fixed it without taking it of saving me a lot of money

I was extremely pleased with the initial phone call to set up the appointment, with the speed in which the drain tech was able to get to my house and ... with the overall final results.. However, I rated a 4 because after agreeing to the initial quote for service (which I already felt was extremely high for the work required), I was then told about an additional $70 fee to clean the line... I felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
