I did a review yesterday and can't remember if I star rated it. So here is a 5 star rating.
Gerald A.We had our sewer line roto-rootered on 4/4/19. The service tech came out on 4/5/19 to inspect the line with the camera. He found that there was a ... large amount of egg shells and the remains of a pretty large root ball still in the line. He recommended that we have the line hydro jetted to remove everything which would give us more years before we would probably need to have the line cleared again. We agreed that would be best. Later that day the tech came out to clean the line. He explained it all to me and proceeded to clean the line. He used the camera to inspect his work and did not quit till the line was completely cleaned. Both Aden and Stephen were excellent. They took pride in their work. Roto Rooter is a quality company.
The main sewer line backed up about noon. Called Roto Rooter at 12:30 they scheduled the service for 2:30. Brad showed up right on time. He was ... very professional and explained exactly what he would do. It took a couple of hours but he finished the job with excellent results. In the 50+ years that I have dealt with service people this was by far the best experience. There are not enough nice things to say about the young man who fixed my problem. It was a privilege to meet this outstanding young man.
