Your plumber was very friendly and competent. Your $350.00 per hour rate is obscene. Your technician charged me for 1/2 hour claiming it was against the one hour ... minimum rules. The actual work, changing out a provided expansion tank, took less than 15 minutes. I gave the star rating to the tech, not Roto Rooter.

I was having a kitchen upgrade in progress when I discovered a plumbing problem with my old pipes to the kitchen faucet. Marin from Roto-Rooter was able to come ... on short notice and complete a difficult job for me keeping my project on schedule.

Vlad was on time for appointment. Very efficient and cleared my kitchen sink in a very timely manner. Advised I had a leaking garbage disposal also. He ... indicated that he could install one, as he had one in his truck. I appreciated that he was willing to install for me and within 45 minutes his job was complete.
