Fabulous service! We called Roto-Rooter after waking up to a flooded kitchen. There was water backing out of our main drain and none of our toilets would flush. ... After setting up the appointment, Jim showed up on time and was more then professional. Other than being professional, he was incredibly knowledgeable, clean and friendly. He explained what he believed to be the issue in depth as well as our options and pricing on proceeding. After we gave the go ahead, the job was completed quickly and efficiently. If I ever wake up to a flooded kitchen again, Roto-Rooter will be my first call!

The other morning I came downstairs to find the drain backed up in the laundry room, of course it was Sunday and snowing. I was very happy with the service Joe provided. He was able to stop the constant drip in the shower in the master bath and replaced the handle with ... a new one. He was very neat. I have never had a bad experience with Roto Rooter. They are number 1 on my list to call for plumbing issues.

We called for a plugged drain around 1PM and we got a time between 5 and 9PM for service the same day. We got a call at 4PM saying ... that they finished early & would it be ok to come early and we said great. Tim emp #2508 arrived at 4:30. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done and we told him to go ahead. He cleaned up after the job was done. We were very pleased with your great service.
