My Original guy Steve who came out and recommended that I replace a pipe was great, then I had to deal with someone else after I scheduled the replace of ... the pipe who charged me and only band aided it. I finally was able to get Steve back here after a month of going back and forth and this guy went over and beyond to make everything right for me. He is a stand up guy and in my opinion deserves a raise.

Had a big engagement party for my daughter last night. After doing the dishes for 20 people, both sides of my kitchen sink were completely clogged. Running the ... disposal did nothing. I called this morning and a R.R. technician was out within hours, and today is Sunday. Within an hour the problem was completely fixed. I will definitely call Roto Rooter again, should I need their plumbing services.

The technician was great. Now that the corporate office has taken over, I’ve had the worst customer service trying to schedule an appointment. I was told dispatching would call me ... back with an appointment. After 1 1/2 hrs I called back and still could not get an appointment time. I could hear another customer service tech in the background cussing up a storm- talking about someone saying they could get the same service for $100.00- Again, the tech who came to the property was great!!

Your after hours help line is ... not as helpful...Luckily we could wait and make do till the next morning... Your answering person told us no one was available for after hours assistance. If we REALLY had an emergency, you would have lost several customers since we had a houseful of guests....
