Rosen was very thorough in explaining and showing me the problem with the stop up of my sink then in fixing the problem. I found him to be very polite ... and knowledgeable.

Had an emergency line block. Called RotoRooter at 4:15pm, said they could come within 2 hours. It wasnt even 5 mins later I got a call back saying they could ... come in the next 15 mins..Technician EMIR CELIC was very friendly and professional. It had been raining for days, I liked the fact he wore shoe covers every time he came in the house. I was actually in a cast walking boot from surgery and he made it very easy for me by making me walk as little as possible!! :) ...I would HIGHLY recommend yall to anyone and would have them request EMIR!

My outside main drain was clogged and over flowing with paper towels. Technician Justine 3120 was dispatched to my home and snaked the clogged dragon. He promblem was unclogged clear ... of residue and appears to be working fine so far. Very professional and I got the result I was seeking. I will hold him to a 30 day warranty as promised

Rosen Minkov was the best plumber we have ever had. He is very professional and through. Our Sump Pump in our basement stopped working and flooded under the stairs. Rosen ... figured out what was causing the pump not to run and overflow. It turned out we had a bad outlet and not a bad pump. Rosen was very honest and I would highly recommend him to everyone. Best service ever! Called Roto-Rooter at 5:12 when we discovered the problem and he came right out within the hour. Thank-you!
