My kitchen sink stopped up late on a Saturday afternoon and home remedies didn’t work. I called a 24/7 company who said they didn’t know when they could come ... but would have someone call. By 9:00 p.m. no one did, so I called Rotorooter as I knew the name. They asked when I wanted the plumber and I said the next day (Sunday) would be ok because it was late. They gave me a 10-2 window and said the plumber would call beforehand. Around 9:30 Omid Mandave called that he was on the way. He was prompt, very courteous and professional, and resolved my issues. I would recommend him and this service to anyone with clogged drains. Thank you.
