We had water trouble in our laundry closet below our kids bath which we assumed was coming from the plumbing work. Mike,1986, was sent to help us with the trouble. It ... wasn't as straight forward as we assumed, but Mike patiently and professionally stuck with searching for a solution. After listening to the plumbing in adjacent walls and turning faucets on and off upstairs and down he found the trouble and in addition was incredibly fair in his charge. So kind in his customer service. I wouldl call Mike at Roto Rooter if needed any time in the future. Thank you for bringing a smile to water damage.

I am very pleased with the plumbing and mitigation services. It was an emergency situation and the plumber was at the home within two hours of calling (in the ... evening). It required mitigation/water restoration and the crews arrived punctually with the different services - it was seamless from the plumber to the restoration services. They were courteous and efficient and took great care to cover everything with plastic. They removed debris and left the premises clean. I would highly recommend the service and would use in the future.

I dont like the answering service when I looked you up via Google, I much prefer dealing directly and at once with one of your offices and not the phone ... broker siystem. However, once I found a good number your people were excellent, out to the house within a half hour and very helpful and transparent, My tech Jeff, # 2205 took his time to explain what he was doing, and why, what the system does and how it works so I can take more proactive maintenance. He was great.
