His knowledge, expertise and dedication to his craftsmanship made our family comfortable when he explain to us what action had to be take to resolve our leakage problem and damage to our sink. He came in introduce himself, conducted an assessment of the sink and piping problem in and outside of the house. There was problem with the main-pipe value leading into the house. Mr. Van notified Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) customer service of the situation; they in turn sent some out to evaluate the problem and schedule a time to fix it. He fix the piping, replace the values, and replace the complete faucet with little to no problems. After getting estimates and the run-around from other plumbing companies, personally and professionally, I take pride in knowing that I can depend on the ROTO-ROOTER Plumbing & Drain Service and their representative do your very best for the safety of my family. Although we did not need an immediate emergency dispatch, it was very relieving to be able to call after midnight to make ... an appointment for early in the morning. The technician arrived right on time, fixed the problem very quickly, and my husband was able to actually make it into work for part of the day after all.

Duane #1312 arrived on time and did a really great job. He placed drop clothes and used booties to keep the house clean while doing a dirty job (plumbing is ... not a very clean job), After listening and seeing our problems he explained what he needed to do, what he found, with pictures and what he did to resolve the issues. We felt in very good hands throughout the job.
