Troy and two other employees were very professional. I thought I had a leak but they brought in the big guns before tearing my ceiling up to check ... to see if water was in fact in the ceiling since it was not visible today I saw a few drops yesterday but thank goodness it turned out to probably be condensation and not a water leak.. Thanks to them they checked it out first and did not have to tear up our ceiling. I also had a stopped up tub they Troy fixed and is working fine. I appreciate the fastness in which they came and the professionalism of them all. Thank I now have a plumber for life.

I have a brand new home in Indian Land and one day I flushed the toilet and it did not flush. We tried using a plunger but it did ... not work and soon found that water was leaking through to the bottom floor kitchen ceiling. We called Roto-Rooter in Rock Hill, SC and the service was EXCELLENT. The person who answered the phone was able to get a plumber to come to our home in 10 min!! The plumber who came to our home was Troy Smith. When he arrived, he was extremely knowledgeable and so very courteous! He explained all the work that needed to be done and listened to our concerns (and put our minds at ease that he would only do work that was needed). Soon after removing the toilet and getting into the drains he found it was a stoppage and unblocked it. He knew we were VERY concerned about keeping our home in perfect condition and he fixed the stoppage and put the toilet back, cleaned the area to perfection and even caulked at our request. He did a PHENOMENAL job and was so respectful of our home. I have never had such a GREAT experience and I am so happy that we called Roto-Rooter. We will undoubtedly use their services again and refer them to our neighbors/family/friends. Thank you so much Troy for coming so quickly during our plumbing emergency and for doing an amazing job to quickly repair and put everything back to its original condition. We are so thankful for you!

Russell provided excellence service ! He was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient and provided us with helpful tips as well. This is our 3rd time using Roto Rooter over the ... past couple of years ( different issues). We are very pleased and will definitely call on them again if needed.

My call for badly needed service was placed on a Sunday at around 9:00am and by 9:25am the service rep Tray Smith had called me and we set up ... a service time of between 1:00pm to 2:00pm.. He got here at aprox 1:30pm and began to solve my problems needs for a fix.. He was done around 45 min later and all is well. Tray new what he was doing and was very good at the job and very polite. He gave me info on what to do with my house plumbing to avoid the same problem in the future.. I liked the Roto-Rooter service very much.. Thank you all !!
