I was going to have company the following day and I called and was given an appointment the same day. I was notified about the appointment in the time frame ... they indicated when I made the appointment. Rick was professional and helpful and repaired my lift pump so my guests would be able to use the bathroom by the guest room. I was very impressed with the service I received!!!

Tim (Tech #3124) arrived in the time frame he promised, repaired the faucet in our bathtub. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Somewhat tidy, cleaned up when he ... was finished.

We had a clogged toilet, and when I called Roto Rooter, I was told a representative would one here between 10 and 2 the next day, Thanksgiving. I asked ... whether there would be an extra charge for the holiday, and was told there wasn't. I was amazed! I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before the service, which I did. The representative, Steve, could not have been nicer. Prior to the service, he explained the pricing in detail, and had me sign papers to that effect. He went immediately to the problem, and within a very short period of time had the problem fixed. He was extremely efficient and capable, and tested the flushing a few times to ensure that the problem was solved. Kudos to him and to Roto Rooter. I would definitely use your company again if necessary, and would recommend you to others as well. Thank you!

The plumber who was sent was fantastic! Drew was friendly and professional. What looked like a small fix ended up being a huge job (water damage resulted from a toilet ... leak) but, although I am not happy with the plumbing issue, I couldn’t be more happy with how Drew coordinated the job to fix it.
