He came by and we discovered a root clog, he helped me for a bit and I told him I could get the rest. I have a pic of the ... roots if you would like it, it was probably 12-18” of roots that had grown over top flange and was growing in 3” dump pipe.

I'm happy that man from Roto Rooter arrived earlier than the time that I was given over the phone. He determined the problem with the pipes connecting the toilet to ... the bathtub. He went under the house took care of it. Afterwards he made sure that the toilet was flushing properly and there was no backup in the tub before he left Ibelieve he dropped his measuring tape on the drieway. I gave it to the woman next door as he may return to her half of the duplex.

He fixed all the problems very fast. Nice and polite

WOW, where to begin? Josh 818 was able to come out within an hour of my frantic call. Needed my kitchen sink snaked..some issues with equipment but remedied with my convenience in mind.

For a business a window of hours as to when someone will arrive does not work. The other is we had someone come down who did not speak ... very good English if at all. this makes resolving the problem much more difficult. The guys was a really nice guy, good human being but I had to translate the issues and i also filled out my own work order. Felt bad for the guy.

I dont think you should send me requests to rate your service anymore. Your rating keeps dropping each time. So, i am spending $8,000 to fix a problem and your ... folks cant even set up the wok so everyone is on the same page. they tell me we will get started at 9am the next day, the service you contracted shows up at 7am because they were told something different so the work is now pushed back. send your folks over to me and i will train them on time management and coordinating work. My fear is this wont get done on time and will have to rent Portable units for another day. Again, you have some really nice people working for you, better than what i hope to ever be, but work wise, its so sad.
