The apartment above our laundry room flooded, and therefore flooded the laundry room, as well. It was after hours, and Roto-Rooter came over quickly and fixed the broken toilet hose ... that caused the flooding, and set up driers in both the apartment and laundry room to start drying everything out. They were there working until 11:00 pm, and even called our property insurance company for us and got that claim initiated. Wonderful service! I would definitely use them again!

Our tech/plumber Wayne was very professional from the beginning. He was courteous and conscientious of everything he was doing in our home. He explained what he was doing, ... what the results should be and alternatives measures to be taken if need be. In our case it was a little more than a simple fix and he explained what he needed to do and we agreed on the steps to be taken before he proceeded. Rates were discussed and agreed to before he even began the job so no sticker shock or excessive " oh this will be extra" discussion needed. He finished the job as timely as possible (considering our issue) cleaned up after himself, gave us maintenance information and left us with his card to give him a call if issues arose.
