National grid gas company try to change my meter and their tech came over 7pm and claim my home has carbon monoxide and need to lock all gas for my ... home. Which they didn’t and want me to hire a license plumber to check my hot water boiler.. then left and say will return next day to lock my gas again... I call Toto rooter 24 hr service and their tech come to my did the inspection next day right away because our safe.. no issue found..

Nico was great, new his stuff & provided great.service! Drain main line was unclogged due to roots in about an hour. Roto-Rooter is very lucky to have Nico in ... their company. He was great!

Jean showed up an hour after I called, was friendly, clean, and professional the entire time. I had water backing up and out of the top of the laundry drain ... in the basement when there was a lot of water flow from the rest of the house. Fortunately there wasn't much water backed up and he was able to clear some tree roots pretty quickly. I was very happy with the service he provided.

We have had an ongoing problem with our kitchen sink. Yesterday we had water leaking etc and Bill D. tech #3462 came and looks like he fixed the problem. ... He was personable and efficient and all good things. He deserves a 5 star rating from yesterday. He is a keeper!

This is easy: Gilbert is King! that is all I have to say. Too bad you can't clone him so he could take care of everybody. Hopefully ... you have a rating system via your HR and that gets acknowledged somehow.

Mike did a great job very knowledgeable fast cause I had to get to work I had him look at another plumbing issue upstairs he said no problem fixed it ... quickly. Lastly he was very neat for a messy job he was cognizant of the job he was doing

Gilbert came to my home in Quincy within 1/2 hour of my phone call requesting help because of a plugged bathroom sink. I found Gilbert to be very professional ... and an excellent-knowledgeable salesman of your own product for ongoing maintenance of the discharge line once unplugged. Gilbert performed an excellent job of Roto-rooting the line and explained what was happening as he proceeded to clean the line. This man is truly a credit to your company and I would quickly ask for him personally if I ever experience another plugged line. I rate him as a 5 out of 5. Frank Sweet

Speedy, careful professional service!

The person who came was polite, professional and friendly. He also explained everything he did and gave us tips for going forward.

The original day scheduled was to 7/23 between 8am-12noon With 1/2 hr call before arrival at my mother’s house in Somerset ma. Then it was pushed out twice to a later time ... and finally didn’t Happen at all! They rescheduled for today and did show up around 9am. Spent about an hour finished around 10am . No parts were needed just tightened water connections and replaced handle control cartridge. Was going to be $315, however $40 discount was taken for yesterday’s inconvenience and no show. Bringing the final amount to $275.00 A little steep for 1 hrs. Labor I’m my opinion ! But it’s finally done thank you.

the tech was excellent. But the service did not fall within the 4 hour window.We finally had service an hour and a half later(very disappointing)
