Roto-Rooter's Service Operator was very courteous and professional; she was very polite and knowledgeable, listened carefully, and was sympathetic to our need for quick service she called us back right away with information, and scheduled us for service the very same day-a SATURDA in fact- within the hour! We appreciate her kind attention and prompt service.

The plumber showed up as expected, was friendly, professional, and courteous. It was a fairly simple repair and he was efficient doing a good job.

when I called for service I did not expect same day service. before f had to wait a couple of days. Justin came to the house twenty minutes earlier ... than the scheduled appointment performed his duties expertly . I found out that the company was under new management and they are trying to provide better service . I will definitely continue to call for service if needed

Ron the service tech was very prompt and was very kind. He did the job quickly. Only complaint was my credit card was charged 5 times in error ... due to him not being able to access the internet. But Roto rooter called and refunded the money promptly and professionally. We'd use them again.

The gentleman that came was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning out our blocked sewer line. He called me to set up the appointment and estimated one hour ... until he could get to my house. He actually showed up under an hour, a very prompt response.

Main drain was plugged. Had to be snaked from main outside. Prompt service was greatly appreciated.
