Our efforts to unclog our kitchen drain failed and Ralph came to our rescue! He was courteous, conscientious and efficient. He gave his concerns upfront upon seeing galvanized pipes and ... options to consider in the case we wanted to go another way. We decided to have him go ahead and snake the pipes hoping that would be the fix and it was. If we could, we would request Ralph if we need help in the future.

Although he was running an hour late, he was very nice and able to resolve the plumbing problem.

It was Xmas eve not a good time to have problem for us or your employee and I am sorry for that. Felt pushed back to wait until morning. ... Had 4 adults two children in house . Everything backed up in first floor bathroom. In the end Ralph came and for his help I would rate him a five he was able to unclog it. It was $600 for removing the toilet and snaking out. There was no clog outside it was inside. He advised us the four adults that there was a 30 day warranty and if another problem during that time we were to call and he would come out. Everything worked fine until late afternoon Xmas day. I call and a Brett called back said we would have to pay $100 no matter what because it was a holiday. If this is an emergency business which it states on internet I am confused why extra charge if holiday. He kept insisting. I explained what Ralph told us and he finally said he could be out in one hour and a half. He did not mention money again. Right after the call my husband and son in law came in and said the snake unclogged it so I called back and canceled. I would like to talk to someone about this. Please maybe on Wednesday the 26th if possible. We are not plumbers or experts at this problem so we are trying to find some one we can count on.
