Joe did a excellent and answered all of my questions.

I called Roto Rooter due to a clogged toilet in my guest bathroom. They responded promptly and sent technician Michael Zionski who was extremely zealous of his professionalism. His service ... was efficient, thorough and persistent besides being a very educated and thoughtful person. He tried everything possible to unclog the toilet, using efficient equipment and even removing the bowl to check it out and also work on any obstruction in the house line, always explaining everything he was doing. Unfortunately for me the problem does seem to be an obstruction stuck in the toilet itself and I will probably have to replace it. However, Michael was tireless in his attempts to resolve the problem and also left the bathroom totally clean when finished. He is definitely an asset to the company and I do indicate Roto-Rooter to anyone needing this type of service.

Plumber arrive as promise. Truck full of multiple tools to fix our kitchen sink. In less than 15 minutes was able to get rid of the clog in the mainline ... of the building from our apartment. Ralston the plumber was very helpful providing recomendations to avoid it to happend nexr time.

The entire team came out and did a wonderful job after my bedroom was flooded from a leaking pipe. It was nice to see the team members greet each other ... in a friendly manner which showed they enjoyed what they were doing. Oscar and his teammate found my leak and capped the pipe. Jamie walked me through all the paperwork and helped me understand my options. The clean up crew was great as well, their not finished yet but I am pleased so far.
