I suddenly developed a small lake on my garage floor from a major downpour the day before. I called Roto-Rooter, the customer service representative was not only pleasant but helpful, ... and was able to send someone to come over the same day, within a couple of hours. 2 men arrived on time, were able to assess the problem, and used a mechanical snake to unclog the drain and the lake disappeared. The bill was appropriate and I was able to use a $40 coupon I printed from the website. Then another gentleman arrived and offered 2 suggestions to prevent any further drainage issues. I am still thinking about those. All the guys were professional, pleasant and certainly knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the results.

After spending the day attempting to clear a blocked drain that was effecting my downstairs toilet, I made the call to Roto-Rooter. They gave me a three hour window ... ("now and 9 PM") and a warning call 45 minutes before the technician arrived. He quickly assessed the situation (aided by the exposed plumbing in the basement under the powder room - and the fact that I had already removed the toilet), determined the likely location of the blockage and brought in the right tool for the job. Soon the water was flowing smoothly and all was right with the world. The coupon came in handy - and he even discounted the bill further because the toilet was already removed.

Came at the beginning of the appointment time which was really great and Chev explained everything and the difficulties that he ran into. Although took a lot longer than expected ... he got the problem solved. Very polite and informative. Great service

The technician showed up at the scheduled time. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He explained what was causing the issue I was having with the shower faucet and ... also informed me of a drain issue I wasn't aware of. He worked diligently to make the repairs ASAP as to not inconvenience me or any of my co-workers. EXCELLENT JOB!

Leonardo employee # 1743 just left our home, he was very good and through he took his time and got our drains open and flowing very well. I could not ... be happier with the time he spent working here as he explained what he was doing from start to finish . He could not have been more pleasant. I have had other plumbers @ my home before they were in and out in half the time he spent here, and have not felt comfortable when they left . I felt so much better after he was done. He is an employee you should cherish.

Shay with very professional. He took the time to listen to the problem and what we did to attempt to correct. He problem solved the issue and corrected ... the plumping blockage. He did not leave our home until he knew for sure the problem was fixed.

The technician who assisted was Chev Hyatt, very knowledgeable and hard working. He encountered a few unexpected problems but did not let that deter him. I appreciated his determination ... as well as his patience in solving every difficult task.
