We had a leak in the bathroom (concealed by the sink vanity) leaving our bathroom floor with significant damage. I called the service number and was politely informed ... that someone would be out to my house within a few hours to assess the cause and damages. Rene, our technician arrived very promptly and discovered the source of the leak almost immediately, which gave us great peace of mind. As Rene calculated our estimate, Kris-from water restoration had arrived and began assessing the damage in both our bathroom and basement. Kris then assisted with us filing our insurance claim, which was a huge help for us because we had never had to file one before. We really appreciated how quick and professionally Kris dealt with that issue. Even more, We were so impressed with how fast Rene began fixing and finishing the job. He alerted us to some additional issues that we didn't know existed. We were promptly given another estimate and scheduled further repairs the next day. We are very pleased with our experience and appreciate the quick response and solution to a very stressful situation! Both Rene and Kris were very polite, knowledgeable, and Extremely helpful!

our bathroom sink was leaking we knew it needed to pipes and elbow it has been leaking but i could alway get it to stop this time i could ... not so we called and they were out less then a hour and it being a satuday it was nice He got it done with in a short time...

Excellent service by both Larry and Ellwood. Fast and efficient service was greatly appreciated plumbing backed up on the Fourth of July when guest were scheduled to arrive in ... a few hours. Larry helped to resolve the issue in an expedient and efficient manner. Arriving guest never knew we had any issues and the festivities went off without a hitch.

Tim (2797) was professional and thorough. Got a difficult stopped kitchen drain clear.

Tim did a fantastic job. He was able to replace the toilet and the rusted out stuff it sits on. He was able to replace all of the ... under-sink pipes that were clogged. He checked the pipe that carries water out of the house to see if it was clogged, and it wasn't. This was a very long and hard job, but he never complained. He even offered to help my nephew get on the team for training. Tim is a very pleasant, personable, and competent Roto-Rooter Worker. I am glad they sent him.
