It was supposed to be a simple, 3 minute garbage disposal installation. Unfortunately, whoever installed the old one many years ago had jammed the screw-in mounting system. Eddy actually had ... to saw out the old disposer from the mounting system and literally pry/saw out the upper drain from the sink. A process which took a few hours. Very difficult, not to mention very tiring, for Eddy I am sure. But he stayed personable and professional the whole time until the job was completed. Thank you Eddy

Master bathroom shower drain backed up after draining front bathroom tub and also master bath sink. Kurtis spent hours using every size snake available , even breaking several ... on every drain in both bathrooms. Problem could not be resolved, so now a bigger issue to get to the root of the clog. Kurtis and Rudolfo were so good, and used every resource available. Highly recommend them for going above and beyond!
