I called around 7:30 am and Roto-Rooter arrived by 8:45 to unclog my sewer line. The service man, Richard, was fast, effective, and friendly. My only complaint is that I did ... not receive the promised phone call 30 minutes out. Same happened with the man who came to scope the sewer line later. He showed up without a warning call.
