During the repair to the upstairs tub drain, ... some drywall from the downstairs ceiling was damaged. He immediately acknowledged it and called the supervisor to fix the problem. Things happen. They handled it promptly and honestly and are paying to repair the ceiling. Couldn’t ask for more. Happy so far!
