Both workers were friendly, gracious, and knowledgeable, and they kept me informed about what needed to be ... done during the process. They took great care to protect our property when moving their needed equipment. Both did an fine job in a timely manner, and cleaned up the work area after the job was completed. Came on time, after a call that stated he was on his way. Had to replace toilet innerds. Accepted Discover card for payment. I am totally satisfied.

Our toilet was clogged. I tried plunging, didn't work, Called RR and they got a service tech there fast, who was very pleasant despite the unpleasant task, and got the ... toilet unclogged quickly. I'd definitely use RR again.

Kenny Kim was very professional and quick. He cleared out our clogged line and even sharpened our garbage disposal blades with ice. He made suggestions of a Roto-Rooter ... product to buy, but we felt no pressure to buy more than our service. It was good information.

Big time sticker shock!

Overflow from dishwasher had malfunctioned and unscrewed. The water from the dishwasher overflowed and leaked into the under sink cabinet. It took your service plumber Mike less time to ... fix it than to complete the paperwork for me to sign.:) In addition,although my appointment window was later in the afternoon, he called and arrived well before appointment time, which allowed me to arrange my afternoon much better. I am thoroughly happy.
