I had Clem come out and try and help me figure out where the sewage smell was coming from. It was a shot in the dark, beings we have two ... big washers and dryers at our business..but he found it!! It was able to move everything the way he needed to and he was able to locate the smell and clean it! He was great! So good that we have set up apt every four months for him to come out and maintain it.

This is my 2nd call to Roto-Rooter and each time the service is excellent. The female who answered the phone was very pleasant and had empathy in her voice. ... On May 25,2019 I needed service with the plumbing @ my daugther house & when I called Roto Rooter i was received by great customer service. Before my service ... person arrived I received a call to let me know that someone was in en-route to my daugther house. When my service person arrived he knocked on the door & when I opened the door this young man Brandon introduced himself with a smile but yet in a professional matter. Whenever I asked questions Brandon was sure to put my mind at peace & let me know what he was doing/what he was going to do to fix the problem.
