I was very pleased with your quick response time and with your friendly and competent employees. My main sewer line was packed with tree roots and broken by them ... so the water backed up and flooded my cellar. The pipe will need to be dug up and replaced next week. In the meantime, the cellar has been drained and vacuumed dry and machines are working to clean the air and the cleaning will continue tomorrow.
