I was kept up to date through the entire process with multiple update calls after making the initial call for service. Once Matt arrived he assessed the situation and ... had us back in service within 45 minutes. No suprises and most importantly the leak was fixed and we had water again!

Our outside spigot was broken and spewing water. I placed a call and a couple hours later Henry #5107 arrived at our house and saw right away what the ... problem. He could not fix it but he said he would pick up the parts needed and be back the next day. He arrived and fixed the problem immediately. This is the 3rd time we have called you and each time the plumbers you have sent to us have been superb! So very happy with your organization and the great people that you employ. Even the ladies who I talk to on the phone are pleasant, know what they are talking about which I appreciate.

Our outside spigot had broken and we had water shooting out onto the lawn. Placed a call to Roto-Rooter and they had Henry #5107 come to our house. He saw ... the problem right away and got it under control. Made an appointment for the next day. Saying that his shift didn't start until 1:30 but he would go to Home Depot to pick up parts. He showed up to our house and immediately starting working and 45 to 60 minutes he had completed the job. Again I must commend you on the people you hire. From the plumbers that have come to our house to the ladies that answer the phone listening to whatever plumbing problem we are experiencing, giving us approx time a plumber will show up. Thank you.

I can't begin to say enough about the service we received from Tom. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain what he was doing which put me ... at ease. High praises to Tom and the service he provided to us in our home. The entire team from the initial call ( very jolly fellow) to the 1st water assessment tech that arrived, everyone was super nice and professional.

The call was made on a Sunday, the scheduling person said it would take about 3 hours before anyone could come to my home ... but we got a knock on the door in less than 2. I can't tell you how happy I was to have him as our plumber. He didn't try to scam us, take advantage, or give us less than average work. He was such a blessing and we couldn't recommend him enough!
