I had to have a new main drain line installed from my house to the street. They had to use well points because of the high water table ... and the installation was done it the rain. The installation was done in record time and with minimal disruption to our daily schedule. The crew was also able to get the twp inspection the same day which avoided a two week delay with leaving the excavation open on both ends. The crew was very efficient and professional and answered all of my questions as they went along without breaking stride. The entire installation took about 6 hours and of course, when they left the rain stopped. Their new technology was fascinating to watch. A job well done!! Kudos to them.

Leonetti arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and to the appropriate action to resolve it. My drain was cleared quickly and he advised me to install a new drain line ... since the current one is badly corroded. We will finalize the details today and hopefully install a new one quickly.

The service that was provided was very professional and timely. The two men were very personable and polite. They did the hard work that was necessary to unblock an outside ... basement drain that was right next to our basement door. When torrential rains would come water would back up into our basement. Others who came out to fix it refused to look at it stating there was no way the drain went to a storm drain. They recommended we invest thousand to put a sump pump and french drain in our basement. Roto Rotor unblocked it and verified the drain does run into the near by storm drain. They saved us $6,500. TJ went above and beyond for us. Showed up within the hour and fixed the issue quickly. Even with my youngest demanding all his attention he was kind and patient ... with her. She has a speech delay and he was very friendly to her and it made her day. Having a plumbing issue out of the blue the day my husband leaves for a long business trip was stressing me out on top of the other things breaking in the house but he took care of this one with ease. Pipe replacement went well. Neighbors yard was put back to original condition. Our backyard was left covered, but rough from the digging equipment.

I called at 9:30pm. The tech got to the house around 11:30 and the sewer line was cleaned out by 12:15am.
