A technician called 30 minutes before he came to our house and he was on time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly after he went under the house and ... gave us his estimate. After the agreement of the estimate, he again quickly went to work to fix the problem. He was very friendly and worked very quickly. He is a very good plumber! We are very satisfied with his work !!! Oh, he gave us a senior discount!

The plumber arrived well within the 4-hour time scheduled and on the same day that I called. He was very courteous, made sure to protect my floors with shoe covers, ... and diagnosed the problem quickly. He cleaned up the sewer overflow and cleared out the pipe. He also explained where the back-up was specifically. I was very pleased with the promptness or the service and excellent job that was done.

I called for a blocked sump that was causing flooding in my neighbor's yard. The problem was fixed within 3 hours. The tech, Erin, was wonderful. Very happy!

I called at 6 a.m. on a Monday because two of my three toilets had stopped flushing. I figured it was a problem with the waste line being clogged. You came ... before 8 a.m. and cleared the waste lines quickly. All of this took less than an hour and I was back in business. I especially appreciated the quick response because I had a house guest. When a team putting in a new walkway accidentally broke a water pipe (it was only 2" below the surface) a fountain of water started flooding my yard. The City ... shut off my water and said I would have to call them to turn it on one the pipe was repaired. I called another company, who didn't come for two hours and then sent a supervisor, not a technician, who informed me that no one could come until the next day, leaving me without water . I called you, and you sent someone who arrived in 1.5 hours, repaired the pipe (in the dark!) very quickly, and even turned the water back on! I am a happy camper.

It would have been helpful to have received a call the morning that service was scheduled providing us with an update on when someone might be expected on site to ... remove the water and jet the storm drain. Instead, I received a call only when someone was on their way - making it hard to reassure residents who were wading through water to get to their garages that there was relief in sight.
