I have a 50 foot drain cleaner rooter that I have been using every year to clear the roots. The drain pipe is made of clay which cracks and fills ... up with roots. It has been working good until now, and it has been clearing the tree roots under my big tree around the front. I found that it was not long enough to reach the new roots that were about 75 feet away. I called Roto-Rooter since they offered a free estimate and were close by. They arrived soon after, and they had a 140 foot professional power rodder that was specially made according to them. It did the job and they offered a guarantee. I had busted outdoor faucet and scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter through their website. It was quick and easy to use. I was notified when my technician, Howard #4285, was ... on the way. He arrived during the appointed timeframe. He removed the busted faucet, replaced it, and added a shutoff valve in the line for the winter all within an hour. He was professional and courteous making sure the job was done right.

I had a cracked outdoor faucet and scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter because I had a good experience using them before on another job. I was notified when my technician, ... Howard, was on the way. He showed up during the appointed timeframe and removed the busted faucet, replaced it, then added a shutoff valve so I could shut the water off to the outdoor faucetin the winter time. He was professional and courteous taking care to ensure the job was done right.

I had a very bad clogged toliet and it came up my drain in my laundry room area so I called Rote-rooter in a panic! They made it out in ... about 90 minutes. Our service tech Andrew #2658 was courteous and very professional. He did a great job, solved the problem and gave me a coupon to use as well. I will definitely recommend Roto-rooter !!!!

Mr. Howard Gordon (#4285) is fantastic. He repaired a ceiling leak for us a couple months ago, and I wrote a review in praise of him. When our double kitchen ... sink clogged up this week, I requested an appointment through the Roto-Rooter website. I typed up a description of the problem and included a request for Mr. Gordon (#4285) to be assigned. Your scheduling/dispatching team honored that request, and I really appreciate that. Mr. Gordon arrived on time. Always friendly and professional. I showed him the double kitchen sink issue, and he went right to work. He's fair with the pricing. He also explained the value of the Roto-Rooter drain cleaner and how it can help. He's a pleasure to talk with. Good and honest advice. Very knowledgeable. He noticed that our kitchen spray leaks, and he suggested that we consider replacing the fixtures or to at least replace the spray nozzle. He even showed me that it can be easily screwed off by hand, boosting my confidence that it's a small thing that I could do on my own. Any future drain/plumbing issues, I will seek the service of Roto-Rooter and will ask for Mr. Gordon again.

The ceiling leak was in a very tricky spot, but he was skilled and worked carefully. I don't wish for more plumbing problems, but I wouldn't be sorry to see Howard again. I hope Roto-Rooter rewards him for how well he represents the company.
