Had a great experience today with Technician Bruce! After his arrival I explained the problem with the non drainage of my kitchen sink and he immediately got to work on ... solving the problem. He was very polite Had great customer service skills! He explained everything and made sure I was ok with what he had done and made sure he recommended further actions to be taken! I really appreciate the work that was done and the professional customer care displayed by Bruce! One satisfied customer!

I am very upset about the over 300.00 charge to unclog our kitchen sink. This took less than an hour. I feel that this charge was way too much. I ... told my husband he should have denied service after being told the estimate. I'm sorry I was not here because I would have said no. This is my 1st and last time using Roto Router and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

The service guy was prompt and explained the problem and the time it would take to fix the problem. I was pleased with the repairs.
