Well done. Got here quickly and just as quickly found and fixed my problem.

Last night I discovered my drain was backing up... feared the worst. Brian (#936) arrived right no time, walked me through what might be happening and after diagnosing the problem ... then recommenced an additional preventative measure - which turned up another potential looming problem. All is well now and service was fast, courteous and professional. My weekend will be better now - Brian, hope you have a great weekend and a fun time at Ribfest :)

Tech was wonderful and was detailed

Brian (#936) 21110173 came to our home because of flooding in the basement. We were struggling because as a family with kids, not being able to use your washing machine ... on a daily basis is a huge inconvenience. We called Roto-Rooter because of their long term high standards and reputation. Brian was out the very next day and quickly got to work. He explained everything to me in detail and was thorough with the visit. I feel appreciated and knew I could trust the work. Thank you so much!

Josh #5587 did a spectacular job. In and out and under an hour. No mess, no fuss. We've got drainage! Nice guy too. And by the way, ... Coriolis force affects the spin of hurricanes, but it is too weak to affect the spin of drains. So says my initial research.

Invoice number 48-21037780 Service Tech 5467 (Todd) We returned from a weeks vacation on the 12th of June and discovered a wet basement floor. Turns out the water heater had a ... leak and was getting worse. We called Roto Rooter late that afternoon and they sent out a Service Tech the following morning. I was notified 30 minutes before the Tech’s arrival and was happy to see Todd at my door at the expected time. Todd was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, The old water heater was removed and the new heater was installed. The install took a couple of hours and when Todd left I had hot water and there was no evidence of his even being there (except that I had a new, working water heater). Todd did a great job and made the whole experience very pleasant which means that my experience with Roto Rooter was very professional and pleasant. Thank you! Fred and Terry McDougall
