I'm not one to say often give praise, but Rubin and Red were fantastic!!! I had a broken sewer line and Rubin was able to immediately identify the root ... cause of the issue. Three other companies had failed to do so -- so i was extremely happy with his expertise and working knowledge of plumbing. His customer service was exemplary -- he did right by the customer to ensure we weren't paying for products we didn't need and setting expectations on what was to come. I met Red on the day of the repairs. His professionalism, courteousness, and positive demeanor were an all around pleasure to work with. These two guys are very hard working in very tough conditions (literally standing in spilling sewage to dig trenches and fix the issue). Their work ethic, knowledge, and unwavering commitment to keeping the customer satisfied are outstanding! I cannot say enough positive things about these guys!!! They deserve a bonus for the job they are doing -- keep up the great work!!

Evan was prompt with ... the appointment and was able to address all the issues within an hour. Everything is in working order and no more faucet / toilet leaks. Although a bit pricy, the quality of the service and the ability to schedule an appointment for the next day within my schedule was well worth it. I have used Roto-Rooter for other services in the past and always quality work and excellent service.

He listened to us when we told him our problem, asked questions ... to be be sure of what was needed and was thorough in his inspection of our plumbing before he told us his plan of action before he started to work. We recently discovered a small leak with our garbage disposal and also had questions about an upstairs bathroom faucet; we called Roto-Rooter and they were able to set an appointment ... for the next day! Evan, our Technician, came out and quickly informed us that we needed to replace both....and, that there was another leak under the bathroom sink that we were unaware of; luckily, Evan caught that in time and there was no damage! We got replacement items that same night and Evan was back the next day to install. He was very professional and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Evan to anyone that needs plumbing & water clean-up services!
