Roto-Rooter is awesome, even though I ended up with not so great news, out of the other companies I’ve had at my home, they are the only company that has ... been straight forward with what’s going on and I appreciate that very much! Everyone has been great from start to finish, from the customer service and dispatch representatives to the gentlemen that came out to my home. I very much appreciate Lloyd, Ron, and Pete doing everything they can to help me get this problem solved!

I was initially disappointed because the problem was not fixed on the service call; however, upon inspection it was discovered it was actually going to take 2 days to complete ... repairs and installation. The work was completed on time and as scheduled. I would highly recommend using this Company.

This was the best tech "James H, tech # 1266" I've ever had here. He fixed my clog in half the time other plumbers have done. Also looked at my ... tub, fixed it in just a couple of minutes. When I had another tech out here from the same place, he never fixed it. Just looked at it and told me the water was too high for the overfill and that's why it leaked in my basement. Thanks James!

Sevice was excellent. Roto rooter technician was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Our tab was a little high (over $500 for clogged drain ) but if it fixed our problem it ... will be worth it. We've had other companies visit for same issue but clogs kept returning.
