Peter came out to fix my toilet today as it was leaking to the downstairs bathroom. He also waited so the condo association could open up the ceiling to make ... sure the problem was fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely use Roto Rooter if I should have any future plumbing issues.

The two gentlemen who came today helped flush out an outdoor drain leading from our driveway to a stream in the far back of our yard. They worked quickly, ... professionally and were able to complete the job as requested.

Our condo was flooding because of a major clog. Roto-Rooter was quick to respond. The technician Pete worked to solve the problem while Mark reviewed the process of ... clean up and restoration. Within an hour Jeff showed up to start the process. Their upbeat personalities eased the stress of the situation. They helped us get a Pod and moved all of our belonging into it. The cleanup is still in progress but going better than we could imagine. Jeff waited for the insurance adjuster to arrive in case of any questions. If we could give more than a 5 star review we would! We will be recommending Roto-Rooter to our friends and family!

Tony was honest, he could not complete the job during consultation 2 fridays ago but he was able to come on a different day which i arranged and completed the ... job professionally without issues.

Leo was great - he checked out my corroded pipe, made a recommendation to fix the that pipe and the same pipe on the other sink next to it, and ... gave me an estimate that was literally spot on. He made the fix quickly and tested thoroughly prior to leaving. (The actual amount was about $4 less than the estimate). The appointment was easy to schedule online and their initial call was prompt. I would definitely use them again!
