Service was to be 1:00-5:00. RR phoned to say they were very busy but would come. Man arrived 7:00. Very thorough and had the shower drains and toilet working in ... about an hour+. Glad they could come on holiday.

We called on Saturday. We were told they would be able to send someone the next day so we were happy about that. We were given the 12-4 time slot. ... We waited around all day. We were called at 5:00 or 5:30 (ish) and informed someone wouldn’t be coming, but they were able to schedule us the following day (Monday). Although we were frustrated because we waited around all day Sunday, we were okay with that. We were given the 3:30-7:30 time slot. Nobody came. Nobody called to say they were running late. Finally at 9:00 p.m. someone called. We were already in bed. He left a message saying they wouldn’t be able to make it to our house for the second day. We are extremely disappointed in how unprofessional and unreliable your company is. I’ve never given a negative review for any service. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was pretty ridiculous.
