My husband and I had a water leak that flooded our bedroom. We called Roto-Rooter after trying and failing to get other plumbers (recommended by family and friends) out ... quickly, and were impressed that Roto-Rooter was able to send a plumber (Gary) within an hour. Gary was very efficient and figured out the problem, and fixed it, quickly. John "Duck" Rabon handled everything else for us from there including our home owners insurance, and he got the clean-up crew out later that evening. Jordan Wurl and his team of guys from the restoration crew were super friendly and explained every step of the process. We were very impressed with how quickly and professionally everything was handled and fixed. We also appreciated that we could make one appointment with Roto-Rooter and have everything handled instead of having to call multiple companies to deal with each part (plumber, restoration, etc). We will certainly recommend Roto-Rooter in the future.

The sewer line of my daughter's old house was severely clogged with tree and shrub roots. She had been having problems for years. I had recently had a large boxwood ... or mulberry tree cut down but the huge roots reach across the sewer line. Daniel, the Roto-Rooter man, could barely get his camera down the line due to the thick roots tangled there, and almost broke his rooter machine when he tried to get through them. He explained to me everything before he did it and when problems arose. Daniel finally dug down to the old cement pipe and saw that it was broken apart. He pried two 18" long, approx. 6" thick cylinders of root bundles out of the line before patching it. Upon Daniel's advice, I had already called Benton Utilities to see if they would replace the sewer line, but they wouldn't. Daniel asked all the pertinent questions and the BU man gave all the answers about replacing the line. I was very satisfied with Daniel and Roto-Rooter, but of course, very unhappy that the complete sewer line will have to be replaced.

THEY CONTACTED ME IN A TIMELY MANNER, THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND THEY EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND I TOLD THEM THAT I COULD NOT KEEP COMING TO MY HOUSE ... BECAUSE OF MY JOB. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND I DID NOT HAVE TO RETURN TO MY HOUSE. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE JOB WAS DONE. Peyton Team Realtors manages an up-scale townhome community in Maumelle. We have been fighting a storm drain problem for two years. I had tried on several occasions to ... get one of the roto-rooter companies to come take a look at the problem...all I contacted said that they didn't service storm drains. However, but finally I called the right company. The serviceman came out the same day I called. He was prompt, customer friendly and very knowledgeable. He immediately understood the problem and within 1 hour the storm drains were clear and he even cleaned the street where the water had been pooling. Thank you so very much.

No one wants to have to pay a big plumbing bill....especially if you feel like you were overcharged and not serviced properly. On the other hand, when you write a ... check and feel like you got every penny’s worth that you paid for, it makes all the difference in the world. That’s what my experience was with Mike/Garret with Roto Rooter. Those guys were here for over 4 hours and accomplished a job that 3 other plumbers said they could not repair. They actually had to take drywall out of my ceiling to get to the problem...BUT, they found the problem (a 4 foot section of pipe that was like solid concrete). They cut the clogged pipe out, put in new pipe, and for the first time in 6 years, I have a functional upstairs bathroom. I’m retired and have to watch my money closely .....those guys deserved every penny I paid for their successful work. Thanks guys—-Mike/Garret......sincerely , Frank Hurst.
