Greg repaired a toilet flange in a commercial property I own. 3 years a go it was repaired by another company and the plastic flange they used had split ... into 3 pieces. Rather than simply replace it with another plastic flange, Greg took the time to locate and install a cast iron flange then level the toilet with lead shims to keep it from rocking and breaking out again. Anyone else in town would have simply replaced it with plastic and moved on and it would have broken out again in a couple years. Greg took the time to do it right so that it will not happen again. He is a true craftsman

Greg was awesome. This is the 2nd time he's come out and fixed plumbing issues. The first time he told to stop rinsing the pipes with Coke because I had ... eaten the pipe hahah. This time it was the main basement drain and it needed cleaned. He rooted it out and told me I could use Coke this time on restoration of the drain cover. We had a nice laugh about that:)

I called Roto-Rooter after another plumber I had called 2 hours earlier (2;30 p.m.) called back and said they couldn't be there till 9 or 10 p.m. and the service ... call would be $250.00 plus services. Roto-Rooter was at my house within 45 minutes. Your employee was very nice and helpful. What I thought was going to be an easy clean out of our floor drain ended up being a main line plug at the Septic tank entrance. Luckily he was able to get it cleared and got us going again. He was very polite and explained everything that was happening. Very thankful. Unfortunately I can't remember his name or I would let you know how lucky to have an employee like that.

I was able to book this appointment online, and received a call promptly on the morning of the service I scheduled myself stating that a technician was available to head ... my direction. Working on this old home, I have been frustrated waiting entire days for service people to be available for services to be rendered. Roto-Rooter was the easiest service for booking that I have utilized thus far, and the technician that arrived was pleasant, professional, thorough & efficient. Highly recommend.

Jeff and Mason came over today and helped me with a plugged main line to the city sewer I was running my washing machine and my whole washing room area ... got wet because it was not draining they were professional courteous clean the house, very impressed

Had a Clogged sewer line on a Saturday morning (wasn't going to be home after noon}. Tech was at Front door 9am Sunday to get line unclogged. He was ... professional and kept me informed as to what he was doing.

Tech found a blockage in sewer line across the street by the main. He was able to get it partially open enough for us to use but pipe is broken ... it appears. Waiting on a bid for further repair. Technician was professional and courteous.

Jason and Caleb did a very good job in explaining what they were going to do and the options of what to do after they found out why the sewer ... was plugged. this situation was an usual one for me, since i did a clean-out 75 foot out. after they did the clean out 110 foot to the city sewer line, they videoed the pipeline to further see why there would be a blockage and found two areas that had broken and needed to be replaced. a plumber from a few years ago felt like there was one place that had broken and said at some point we would have to have it replaced. with the video we now know there are two places that are broke and i realized that it needed to be repaired within the next month. there was no extra charge for doing the video...the clean out and video was included in the minimum two hour labor charge...which ended up being very reasonable considering we called two other plumbers that couldn't get to us for more than a day and Roto-Rotor showed up two hours after we called them. And had video capabilities that not every plumber has...

I was SO grateful that Roto Rooter was able to come out the same day that I called. Especially since it was a sewer problem! The technician was very ... knowledgeable and quite friendly. In fact, he was easy to chat with and made me feel very comfortable. I was pleased with the service efficiency, effectiveness and outcome; and would easily trust this technician and Roto Rooter again.

Service was through, professional, and courteous. I requested examination of the floor drain to the sewer in my basement and camera found tree roots to be removed. Roots were removed ... and all pipes were flushed until water ran easily. Area was cleaned up afterward and chemical treatment given to prevent further root growth. Great job of solving my problem!
