Eddie was terrific. He diagnosed the extent of the problem very quickly and soon thereafter began what turned into a lengthy process of clearing over 50 feet of clogged ... kitchen drain. He had to switch from a 50 footer to a 75 to get through it all. He worked at it until the drain was working like new and advised us on what to do to keep it clear. The service call includes addressing any related problems that occur within the next 6 months. We found Eddie to be very customer friendly, knowledgeable and hard working.
