The technician arrived within an hour of placing the service request. He was pleasant to work with, and knowledgeable. He was able to handle the unexpected challenges that arose with grace, patience, perseverance and resilience. He was very understanding of all of my questions about the process. I learned a lot. He did an excellent job, even inside the wall where it would only be seen by another plumber. This past Friday my wife inadvertently flushed her 3 carat $20,000 wedding ring down the toilet. Attempting to multi task and not forget to clean her ring she had ... it dangling on her index finger as opposed to securely on her normal wedding ring finger. After a late night call to Roto - Rooter for an emergency service was denied we were informed that we would have to wait until 8am - 10am the following morning. That is when Martin P. Nikolov, Field Supervisor showed up. He was an absolute professional, educating us on our water system, do's and don'ts, detailing construction options if we were to decide to dig into the water line as well as using the camera multiple times to see if the ring was still lodged in our plumbing. Although we were unsuccessful in retrieving the ring, Mr. Nikolov's professionalism, compassion for our situation and expertise was an exemplary reflection of himself as a Field Supervisor and the team at Roto-Rooter as well. Kudos for a fine job well done, sir! We will be sharing this story with others.
