Your technician arrived promptly. Was careful not to dirty floors and used protective mats on hardwood. He acted in a most professional way. Asked many questions before we started so ... he could understand the problem fully. Once he identified the probable cause he began the sewer cleaning operation. In areas with difficult roots he passed his rooter thru several times to be sure the blockage had been cleared. He then had us flush all the toilets and run all the drains sequentially while he listened for other obstructions. Most professional and competent drain cleaner I ever had. He gave me full confidence that the job was done right.

Although there were several missed appointments over a two week period, today Kyle (Tech #4598) visited us -- he apologized on behalf of the entire Roto-Rooter team for these missed ... appointments and was professional and did an excellent job. Definitely will keep your team and Kyle in mind for the next time we need our rain gutter downspouts and underground drains cleaned out. Tom

He worked hard getting the cap off the main line. Got out some tree roots that were blocking the line. Solved problem in a very short time.

Josiah was good.. One issue, when using the outside 'clean out' he broke the cap and did not replace it... The 'scope' technician took note of it on the follow ... up..

The lead technician did a good job to compete the plumbing drain clean out while respecting our home and clearly showing his trainee how to perform the good work and ... have good communications with the client. My only question is how we talk with someone about coming back for some camera review work which sounded like it was part of the services we paid for s few weeks ago.
