I never do survey feed backs but this young man was incredible. He went above and beyond what any employee is expected to do. He was working on ... the last few houses and it started to rain, i asked him to sit on my golf cart and get out of the rain until it stopped and he refuse politely and continued to work. Had a leak in bathroom under bathroom cabinet. Requested service for next day after 4, first plumber couldn’t locate the leak so another plumber using equipment located the problem. Requested ... service for the next morning. Showed me where my cutoff valve was for the house and repaired the leak.

This man spent 6 hours in my house trying to find the leak. He would not give up until was located. He worked with me on pricing and did a fantastic repair. I can’t not thank this man enough. The kindness, the professionalism, and the dedication he does in his work.. it blew me away. This man is a rock star! I can see him being a manager anyway of the week. Water Restoration- Erick Service technician #- 5079 I recently had a leak in a pipe in my home. Eric and his assistant who I believe his name was Rodolfo[#3467] came to my ... house to do water restoration on four of my rooms. I was so impressed by his knowledge and skill. He sealed up all of my rooms set up special air dryers and humidifiers to make sure that my walls were dry and free of mildew and mold and there was no contamination to the rest of the house. While he was at my house he explained in detail step by step of each process so that I was always aware of what was happening next. I really appreciated this. Erick was just such a nice guy, there was an ease about him that makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. That type of customer service can’t be taught. He was so personal. He is truly an asset to you company. I appreciate the work he did in my home.
