Roto-Rooter did a fantastic job yesterday at my elderly Mom's house. Her kitchen sinks were very clogged. She's 98, & she puts things down the sink (we tell her not ... to do this, but she's 98...) Our service technician was Alex Seda. He was great! He is a fine representative of your company. He was patient, friendly, and answered all of my questions. He explained everything very well. His ID # is 5164. If I have to call Roto-Rooter again - I will definitely request Alex Seda. Thanks Alex.

2 plumbing techs #53-2062 Larry and 53-5192 Izzy worked on repairing our plumbing leak. They worked well together as qualified, knowledgeable plumbers. They worked continuously until all leaks were ... found and replaced sections of the water pipes underneath our sidewalk without damaging our sidewalk. Showed me the pinholes in the copper section which was leaking and they removed and replaced those parts with proper piping for fresh water supply. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing repairs.

this has a great ending so please read through the whole comment. We called yesterday about a toilet that needed to be reset and a new flange. The first plumber ... from Roto Rooter showed up very quickly and was super polite. He quickly confirmed the toilet needed a new flange and gave us a fair quote which we accepted. He then went to work but didn’t have the part so had to go to the store and pick one up. He then couldn’t remove the old flange and decided another plumber with more experience would come out tomorrow and finish the job. He didn’t leave the bathroom very clean and left the toilet off of the pipe. The next day Ricardo showed up and was very apologetic about how the first plumber left the situation and honored the original quote and got it taken care of. Ricardo was a true professional and a great plumber. He left everything looking like new and was just honestly a great guy. His employee number is 2343. Please give him our greatest thanks and he literally made me a customer for life! Great Job Ricardo! Thank you!

Everyone was professional and ethical. They made me as the customer feel like they had my interest first above profit. They were knowledgeable and reassuring that ... they could handle the problem effectively and efficiently. I Told them I was a customer for life. I called other plumbers and received their hourly rate without seeing the job. I recommend ROTO-ROOTER to anyone. No job to small or large. As a team, they work well together. I was going out of town for vacation and Juan was able to fix a issue with my tub before I left for vacation. He did a great job ... and worked fast to get it done as quickly as possible as it was a complex job. I am able to enjoy my vacation know, knowing it was taken care of. Thank you, Juan!

The only thing is for the future please tell the client what kind of water heater you’re installing if the person is OK with it or not because he or she will be spending a lot of money and a new water heater and you wanna get the best and make sure you have good Warranty.
