Tech # 3267 arrived promptly and went right to work. 4 1/2 hours later, I had a new outdoor faucet with minimum mess. I have some dry wall to ... repair and repaint. Information was offered to removed hose in November and to purchase outside insulators to protect ...one for the new faucet and another faucet (original circa 1958). RotoRooter will continue to be my source for plumbing and draining problems.

RotoRooter assessed my problem and decided it need extra professional help. Tech # 3267 arrived promptly and within 4 1/2 hours had removed old faucet and replaced it with new. ... Little mess except for wall board and paint which I will fix. Outside water is ready to go. Information for protecting the outside faucet by removing hose by November and adding an insulated cover. RotoRooter is who I will continue to call with plumbing and/or drain problems.

I had a clogged drain backing up into my basement on a Saturday morning. I called as was able to get a same day appointment. Josh and his partner arrived ... early and cleaned out the drain. Both were professional and efficient.

Unplugged the sewer. Waiting on results of what the camera reveals today.

We had a sump pump exit pipe come loose that ejects the water to the outside. It was shooting water all over the wall and the water was just ... running back into the sump pump. It was after 11pm. I called and was treated very nicely by the dispatcher. He had a technician out here in about a half hour and fixed the problem very quickly and Barry was very pleasant and very thorough in getting the pipe fixed. He explained everything to me before starting the job and I was very pleased with his work and the entire experience. Thanks Roto-Rooter.

We have been out of town for several months and returned last Tuesday. I just had a trickle of water in my kitchen sink. All other faucets in the house ... were working fine. Reshawn came out and determined it was a buildup of residue in the faucet cartridges. He flushed them out and now I have water. He was awesome and the charge was very reasonable. I was so relieved. I had visions of floors being torn up to replace pipes. I will never call anyone but Roto Rooter for plumbing

We recently had our sewer line partially replaced. We were experiencing a problem so I called Jason Kelly. He came out and took the camera down our line ... and discovered a problem with the old line. He called Joe to have that line jetted out. That took care of our problem. I really like Jason. He's a great guy and has always been very respectful and gets thigs done. All of the guys I've dealt with in the past few weeks have been very nice and friendly. You have a great team of guys working for you.

I am very pleased with all of the Roto Rooter guys. They were very pleasant and friendly to me and kept me updated on their progress. They do ... still have to come back with top soil to finish the job. I do realize they can't get dry top soil because of all the rain we are getting. They assured me they would be back as soon as they could get dry top soil to finish the job. My concern was with the Champion Hydro guys that were hired to dig the trench for the sewer pipe. They were at my house 3 times because they didn't do what they were supposed to do. They were rude to me, which I didn't appreciate.
